# List feedback for an objective

> Every score left on one objective, and who left it. An objective can carry more than one.

The feedback left on one [objective](/docs/api-reference/objectiveservice/create-a-new-objective). An objective is not limited to a single score, so this is the full list.

<CodeGroup>
  ```typescript TypeScript theme={null}
  const feedback = await client.objectives.feedback.list(objectiveId, { workspaceId });
  for await (const f of feedback) {
    console.log(f.data.score, f.data.comment, f.info?.submittedBy?.metadata.name);
  }
  // 0.8  'solid answer'  Global API Key
  // -0.2 ''              Global API Key
  ```

  ```go Go theme={null}
  feedback := client.Objectives.Feedback.ListAutoPaging(ctx, objectiveID,
  	cadenya.ObjectiveFeedbackListParams{WorkspaceID: cadenya.String(workspaceID)})
  for feedback.Next() {
  	f := feedback.Current()
  	fmt.Println(f.Data.Score, f.Data.Comment, f.Info.SubmittedBy.Metadata.Name)
  }
  // 0.8  solid answer  Global API Key
  // -0.2               Global API Key
  ```

  ```ruby Ruby theme={null}
  feedback = cadenya.objectives.feedback.list(objective_id, workspace_id: workspace_id)
  feedback.auto_paging_each do |f|
    puts [f.data.score, f.data.comment, f.info&.submitted_by&.metadata&.name].join("  ")
  end
  # 0.8  solid answer  Global API Key
  # -0.2               Global API Key
  ```

  ```bash cURL theme={null}
  curl "https://api.cadenya.com/v1/workspaces/${WORKSPACE_ID}/objectives/${OBJECTIVE_ID}/feedback" \
    -H "Authorization: Bearer ${CADENYA_API_KEY}"
## An objective can have many
Every call to [submit feedback](/docs/api-reference/objectiveservice/submit-feedback-for-an-objective) adds a row; it does not overwrite. So one objective reviewed by two people, or scored again after a second look, carries several entries, newest first.
Each entry holds a `score` on `[-1.0, 1.0]`, an optional `comment`, and `info.submittedBy`, the profile that left it. That last field is the audit trail: it tells you *who* rated a run, which the aggregate `score` on the [variation](/docs/api-reference/agentvariationservice/list-variations) cannot.
## Where it goes
Each score feeds the variation that served the objective: positives raise its Thompson-sampling `ts_alpha`, negatives its `ts_beta`. So this endpoint is the per-objective detail behind a variation's `feedbackCount` and `score`. A feedback of exactly `0` is recorded here and counted, but moves neither parameter.
To see the effect on selection rather than the individual scores, read [List variations](/docs/api-reference/agentvariationservice/list-variations) and compare `score` against `feedbackCount`.
         optional human-readable name. These are used for reference fields where the
         full metadata (account scoping, timestamps, labels, external IDs) is not
         needed — e.g., the tool references inside an agent variation spec or the
         tools assigned to an objective. Both fields are server-populated; clients
         provide IDs through sibling fields rather than by constructing a
         BareMetadata themselves.
